"We are working very closely with Ecuador. Ambassador Zoellick has talked with Minister Moeller directly about this and Ambassador Zoellick is very pleased that Minister Moeller is handling this issue for Ecuador.

"There are some issues left to resolve, which we hope to resolve soon. In fairness to Ecuador, some issues are new and only came up in the recent 30 day review process. We are hopeful about resolving these in the near future."
