“Today, a NAFTA panel reviewing the Department of Commerce’s subsidy calculations from the original countervailing duty investigation in the softwood lumber case remanded the matter back to the Department.  The panel has given the Department until October 28 to issue a new remand determination.  We are still reviewing the decision.”
