CHARTER OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR
TRADE POLICY AND NEGOTIATIONS

 

DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

The Committee shall be designated as "Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations"

The Committees objectives and the scope of its activity are as follows:

The Committee will provide the U.S. Trade Representative with policy advice on the matters referred to in 19 U.S.C. Section 2155(a).

Tthe Committe will draw on the expertise and knowledge of its members and on such data and information as is provided it by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
