Hearing Notice: WT/DS375, 376, 377
The Office of the United States Trade Representative ("USTR") is pleased to call to the attention of the public an opportunity to view a live closed-circuit television broadcast of the public session of the substantive meetings of the Panel in the World Trade Organization ("WTO") dispute European Communities and its member States - Tariff Treatment of Certain Information Technology Products. The first substantive meeting is scheduled to begin on May 12, 2009 at the WTO in Geneva, Switzerland and conclude on May 14, 2009. The second substantive meeting is scheduled to occur on July 9, 2009, in the same location. Viewing of the public session will be on the WTO premises in Geneva, Switzerland and is open to those individuals who apply to, and are accepted by, the WTO. The application deadline for viewing the first meeting is 11 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, on May 6, 2009. The application deadline for viewing the second meeting is 11 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, on July 3, 2009.
