Additional Information on U.S. Procurement

Under the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement and certain Free Trade Agreements, the United States has undertaken to ensure procurements covered by the agreement are conducted in a manner consistent with our international obligations.  Each agreement specifies the specific obligations and the coverage committed.  Beyond the information contained in these agreements, below is additional information on government procurement at the Federal, Sub-central and Other Entities level.
