WASHINGTON — On Wednesday, September 30, and Thursday, October 1, Ambassador Jamieson Greer will host the G20 Trade Ministerial in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During the ministerial, USTR will lead discussions with the G20 Trade Ministers on a range of issues, including eradicating forced labor in global supply chains, updating the Most-Favored Nation (MFN) principle, denouncing the weaponization of trade in food, and addressing structural excess capacity and production.
Members of the media interested in covering the G20 Trade Ministerial may apply for credentials by emailing MBX.USTR.Media@ustr.eop.gov no later than Monday, September 21.
Approved media will receive confirmation with additional information regarding credential distribution, security screening procedures, media access, and other operational logistics. Additional media guidance will be distributed to approved credentialed media as the meetings approach. Media credentials are non-transferable and subject to security screening and approval.
