WASHINGTON — The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) will hold a public hearing on September 22, 2026, regarding the Section 301 investigation into Germany’s acts, policies, and practices related to the persistent underpayment for innovative pharmaceutical products.
The hearing will take place in the main hearing room of the U.S. International Trade Commission, at 500 E Street SW, Washington, DC, starting at 10:00 am ET.
