WASHINGTON – United States Trade Representative Katherine Tai today met with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis and noted the U.S. commitment to work with Lithuania on addressing shared challenges through a close, transatlantic partnership, including in the U.S.-EU Trade and Technology Council. Ambassador Tai also said that the United States will continue to work with Lithuania, the EU and like-minded allies and partners to push back on non-market policies like economic coercion.
Ambassador Tai and Minister Landsbergis agreed to stay in regular communication to strengthen the U.S. - EU and U.S. - Lithuanian economic relationship.
