WASHINGTON – The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) will hold a public hearing on December 3-5, 2025, regarding the operation of the Agreement between the United States of America, the United Mexican States, and Canada (USMCA) in preparation for the first Six-Year Joint Review of the USMCA on July 1, 2026.
The hearing will take place at the U.S. International Trade Commission, 500 E Street S.W., Washington, D.C., 20436.
The public hearing follows USTR’s Federal Register notice published September, 17, 2025, requesting public comment, and the Federal Register notice published November 7, 2025, regarding the change of date for the public hearing.
The public hearing will be held at the following times:
• Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 6:50 PM EST
• Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM EST
• Friday, December 5, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 3:20 PM EST
