WASHINGTON – Last week, Ambassador Jamieson Greer joined Inside Geopolitics with The Economist’s geopolitics editor David Rennie to discuss the Administration’s trade and tariff policies and its role in strengthening America’s industrial base. In the wide-ranging conversation, Ambassador Greer outlined the success of putting America’s interests first when negotiating historic deals to rebalance the global trade order and accelerate the resurgence of American manufacturing.

“The rest of the world is better off when America has a strong manufacturing base,” said Ambassador Greer. “We can come to arrangements with these countries where they can protect their interests, and we can protect ours in a way that is constructive.”
